At Golden Nuts, your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee that your order will arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If you are not fully satisfied with the condition of your order upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package for assistance with a return, exchange, or replacement.

We may request additional details and/or photos of the issue to help us better assist you. While we typically do not require returns, in certain cases we may ask you to send the product back.

Please note:

  • Golden Nuts is not responsible for customs duty fees on international shipments.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands may be subject to an additional fee. If this applies, a member of our team will contact you prior to shipping.
